Winker - Efficient Condominium Management
Winker is an Android application developed by Winker that automates the daily routines of condominiums, providing more transparency and efficiency to their management. The app offers a wide range of features, such as communication between trustees and residents, authorization of visitor entry, booking of ballrooms and other facilities, access to the condominium's regiment and other documents, access to security cameras, view of the list of condominium employees, notices of arrivals and withdrawals, management and publication of preventive maintenance, contracts, finances, and more.
The app generates notifications via email and within the app, and the delivery and reading of messages are available in the administration panel. However, it is necessary for the condominium to be registered in their database before residents can register in the app. Winker promises to provide more transparency and efficiency to the management of condominiums.
